LTC1751EMS8 - Analog IC
The LTC®1751 series of micropower charge pump DC/DC converters produce a regulated output voltage at up to 100mA. The input voltage range is 2V to 5.5V. Extremely low operating current (20mA with no typical load) and low external component count (one jumper capacitor and two bypass capacitors at VIN and VOUT) make them ideal for small, battery-powered applications. The LTC1751 family functions as Burst ModeTM switched capacitive voltage multipliers to achieve ultra-low quiescent current. They have thermal shutdown and survive continuous shorts from VOUT and GND. “LTC1751-3.3 and LTC1751-5, the PGOOD pin indicates when the output voltage reaches its final value if an output undervoltage fault condition occurs. The adjustable FB pin of the LTC1751 can be used to program the desired output voltage or current. An optional soft Startup capacitors on the SS pin can be used to prevent excessive inrush current during startup.
