MAX1852-SC70 Package, Inverting Charge Pump with Shutdown
The MAX1852/MAX1853 monolithic CMOS chargepump high-voltage inverters in the ultra-small SC70 package feature a low 15Ω output impedance, allowing loads of 30mA at maximum efficiency. The MAX1852/MAX1853 operate at 50kHz and 200kHz, respectively, allowing optimization of supply current or external component size. Small external components and a micropower shutdown mode make these devices ideal for battery-powered and board-level voltage conversion applications. Oscillator control circuit and 4 power MOSFET on-chip switches. Applications include: generating negative power, supplying analog circuits from +5 V or +3.3 V logic. Both versions come in a 40% smaller SOT23 package than the 6-pin SC70 package.
