ZR431CL-IC
The ZR431 is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator providing excellent temperature stability and output current handling capability up to 100mA. The output voltage can be set to any selected voltage from 2.5 to 20 volts with two choices of external voltage divider resistors. This device can be used as an alternative to a Zener diode in many applications where a Zener is needed for improved performance.
