ZM33164CL-IC

The ZM33164 is the next three terminal volume tago monitoring circuit using a microprocessor system. The threshold voltage of the device has been set to 4.3volts ideal for 5 volt circuits. The device includes an accurate voltage reference and a built-in comparison hysteresis to prevent misoperation. "The ZM33164 features an open collector output capable of sinking at least 10mA requiring a single external resistor to interface with the following circuit. Operation of the device is guaranteed from volts up, and from this level the device's threshold voltage output is held low to provide a power-on reset function. If the supply voltage Once established, the output will be pulled low again at any time below the threshold level. The device is available in TO92 through-hole applications as well as SO8 and SOT223 packages for surface mount requirements.
