HA16150P-Switching Power Supply Controller
The HA16150 is a dual-output push-pull high-speed current-mode PWM control IC suitable for the control of highreliability, high efficiency, high mounting density isolated DC-DC converters and high-output AC-DC converters. The HA16150 can be used in a variety of applications including push-pull converters, half bridge, doubleforward and single forward applications. The HA16150 integrates a 180-degree inverting push-pull dual output, which directly drives the power MOS field effect transistor. Based on the oscillator's reference frequency, the maximum operation possible at 1 MHz. The package lineup includes an ultra-thin surface mount type TSSOP-16 suitable for slim communication system modules, and a universal plug-in DILP-6 suitable for characterization.
