HV9110 - High Voltage Current Mode PWM Controller
Via HV9113 Supertex's HV9110 is a series of BiCMOS/DMOS single output, pulse width modulator integrated circuits for switching power supplies using high speed and high efficiency. They provide all the necessary functionality to implement single-switch current-mode PWM, in any topology, with a minimum of external parts. Because they utilize Supertex's proprietary BiCMOS/DMOS technology, they require less than one-tenth the operating power of conventional bipolar PWM ICs, and can operate at twice the switching frequency.
