UCC3801 - Low Power BiCMOS Current Mode PWM
The UCC1800/1/2/3/4/5 family of high-speed, low-power integrated circuits contains all the control and driver components required for off-line DC-DC fixed-frequency current-mode switching power supplies expected with minimal parts. These devices have the same pin configuration as the UC1842/3/4/5 family and also offer the additional functions of full-cycle soft-start internal current sense inputs and internal leading edge blanking. The UCC1800/1/2/3/4/5 family offers a variety of packages, temperature range options, choice of maximum duty cycle, and selection of critical voltage levels. The lower reference parts such as the UCC1803 and the UCC1805 are best suited for battery powered systems, while the higher reference and higher UVLO hysteresis UCC1802 and UCC1804 are ideal for off-line power use. The UCC180x series is specified for operation from -55°C to +125°C, the UCC280x series is specified for operation from -40°C to +85°C, and the UCC380x series is specified for operation from 0°C to +70°C.
