All CMOS supervisory circuits, in a 3-pin SOT-23 or SC70 package, provide optimum performance power dissipation and accuracy. The ILC5061 comes in series with an accurate stroke of ±1% suitable for most microprocessor applications. Although its output can sink 2mA, the device shoots only 1µA and functions normally. In addition, the built-in hysteresis of 5% of the detection voltage simplifies system design.
