SG1524BJ - Regulated Pulse Width Modulator
The SG1524B is a switching power supply PWM which features improved performance over the industry standard SG1524. A direct pin-to-pin replacement for earlier devices, it combines advanced processing techniques and circuit design to provide improved reference accuracy, and an extended common-mode range error amplifier and current-limiting inputs. DC-coupled flip-flops eliminate triggering and glitch issues, and a PWM data latch prevents edge oscillations. The circuit adopts suitable for high-speed digital shutdown response, and under-voltage lockout circuit can prevent spurious output when the supply voltage is too low, stable operation. Full double pulse suppression logic ensures that the shutdown pin is used to pulse through the pulse current limit when alternating output pulses. The SG1524B is specified for operation over the entire military ambient temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The SG2524B features an industrial temperature range of -25°C to is designed for a commercial range of 0°C to 85°C, the SG3524B to 70°C
