LM3706 - Microprocessor Supervisory Circuit with Low Line Output and Watchdog Timer
The LM3706/LM3707 family of microprocessor supervisory circuits provide maximum flexibility for supervisory power supplies and battery system control functions without battery backup. The LM3706/LM3707 series are available in a 9-bump micro SMD package. Built-in includes the following functions: Reset: Reset valid during power-up, power-down, and power-down conditions. RESET certificate to VCC1.0V. Low Line Output: This early warning indicator of power failure occurs when the power supply voltage drops to a value that is above 2% of the reset threshold voltage that goes low. Watchdog Timer: "WDI (watchdog input) displays one of the active microprocessor output lines. If no output transitions occur during the watchdog timeout period, reset is activated.
