NE56631-30D - Active Low System Reset
The NE56631-XX is a family of active-low, low operating supply currents typically 1.5mA within a power-on reset providing ±3% and ultra-precise threshold voltage detection. Several detection threshold voltages are available at 1.9 V, 2.0 V, 2.7 V, 2.8 V, 2.9 V, 3.0 V, 3.1 V, 4.2 V, 4.3 V, 4.4 V, 4.5 V, 4.6 V. Other thresholds are available on request from 1.9 V to 4.6 V in 100 mV steps. With its ultra-low supply current and high-precision voltage threshold detection capabilities, the NE56631-XX is ideal for a variety of microprocessor, voltage check and detection levels such as reset logic circuits and battery-powered applications.
