TS803R-Microprocessor reset circuit
The TS803R is a microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit for monitoring the power supply of μP and digital systems. They provide excellent circuit reliability by reducing external components and trimming the use of 5 V, +3.3 V, and +3.0 V powered circuits at low cost. These circuits perform a single function: whenever they assert the reset signal, the VCC supply voltage falls below a preset threshold and remains asserted for at least 140ms when VCC rises above the reset threshold. Reset thresholds for multiple supply voltage operation. The TS803R is an open-drain output. The TS803R has an active low reset output, while the TS803R has an active high reset output. The reset comparator is designed to ignore fast transients on VCC and guarantee VCC as low as 1V at the correct output logic state. The low power supply correct TS803R is ideal for use in portable equipment. The TS803R is available in a 3-pin SOT-23 package.
