TL7700PS - Supply Voltage Monitoring
TL7700 is a reset controller used in microcomputer and bipolar integrated circuit design microprocessor system. The induced voltage can be set to any value greater than 0.5V using two external resistors. The hysteresis value of the detection voltage can also be set to the same resistance. The device includes an accurate voltage reference, relatively fast, timing generator and output drivers, so it can generate power-on reset signals in digital systems. The TL7700 has an internal temperature compensated reference voltage of 1.5 V supplied from all functional blocks. The function of the circuit is very stable, the supply voltage is in the range of 1.8 V to 40 V. The minimum power supply currently allows use of AC line operation, portable battery operation, and automotive applications. The TL7700C is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.
