SP690 - Low Power Microprocessor Monitoring Switch and Battery
The SP690A/692A/802L/802M/805L/805M is a family of microprocessor (MP) supervisory circuits that integrate the components involved in a myriad of discrete solutions, monitor powersupply battery control functions in MP and digital systems. This family of products will significantly improve system reliability and operational efficiency compared to discrete solutions. SP690A/692A/802L/802M/805L/805M features include watchdog timer, MP reset and backup battery switching and power failure warning, a complete MP monitoring and monitoring solution. This series of products is ideal for applications in automotive systems, computers, controllers, and smart meters.
