ZM331643CL-IC power monitoring
The ZM33164-3 is the next three-terminal volume tago monitoring circuit using a microprocessor system. The threshold voltage of the device has been set to 2.68 volts making it ideal for 3 volt circuits. The device includes an accurate voltage reference and a built-in comparison hysteresis to prevent misoperation. "Open collector output ZM33164-3 features capable of sinking at least l0mA requiring a single external resistor to interface with the following circuit. Operation of the device is guaranteed from volts up, from this level the device's threshold voltage output is held low to provide a power-on reset function. The supply voltage, once established, falls below the threshold level at any time and the output will be pulled low again. The device is available in the TO92 package for through-hole applications as well as the SO8 and SOT223 packages for surface mount requirements.
