BD9328EFJ: Step-Down Switching Regulator Introduction
The BD9328EFJ is a synchronous step-down switching regulator that integrates 2 low resistance N-channel MOSFETs.
Continuous output current up to 2A over a wide input voltage range.
Current mode provides fast transient response and easy phase compensation.

3) High-side/low-side FET on-resistance; 0.15/0.13Ω power switch
4) Low ESR output ceramic capacitors
5) Low standby current in shutdown mode
6) Fixed operating frequency of 380 kHz
7) The feedback voltage is 0.9V±1.5% accuracy at room temperature. (Guaranteed ±2.0% in the temperature range of -25°C to 85°C)
8) Protection circuit, under voltage lockout protection, thermal shutdown, over current protection
