MPIC2112DW - High and Low Side Drivers

The MPIC2112 is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low side referenced output channels. Proprietary HVIC latch-immune CMOS technology enables robust monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs. The output drivers feature high pulse current buffer stages with minimum driver design cross-conduction. matched propagation delay to simplify applications in high frequency of use. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT operating from 10 to 600 volts in a high-side configuration.
