UC3845AN - Current Mode PWM Controller
The UC1842A/3A/4A/5A family of control ICs are pin-compatible pin-modified versions of the UC3842/3/4/5 family. Providing the necessary functionality to control current-mode switch-mode power supplies, this family has the following improved features. The startup current is guaranteed to be less than 0.5mA. The oscillator discharge is trimmed to 8.3 mA. During undervoltage lockout, the output stage can sink at least 10mA below 1.2V over 5V VCC. The differences between members of this family are shown in the table below.
