AP1701-3 pin microprocessor reset circuit
AP1701/2/3/4 is used for microprocessor (μP) monitoring power supply monitoring circuit μP and digital systems. They provide excellent reliability and low-cost components by eliminating the need for external circuits and adjustments when using +5 V, +3.3 V, and +3.0 V powered circuits. These circuits perform a single function: they assert the reset signal as long as the VCC supply voltage falls below a preset threshold, keeping the assertion above the reset threshold for at least 140ms after VCC has risen. Reset thresholds are available for various supply operating voltages. AP1701/2/3/4 have push-pull output. The AP1701/3 has an active low reset output, while the AP1702/4 has an active high reset output. The reset compare ignores fast transients on VCC and the output is guaranteed to be in the correct logic state with VCC as low as 1V.
