FM1233A-3-pin レ Comet monitor
The FM1233A is a microprocessor monitoring circuit that monitors voltages in power supplies or other systems and issues reset pulses when a fault condition exists. Several different threshold voltages are available to accommodate the different tolerances of 3.3V and 3.0V systems. The FM1233A has an accurate temperature compensated voltage reference and compare. When VCC falls to the threshold voltage, a reset pulse is issued, in the active state of the output. When power rises above VTH, reset is held asserted for a minimum period (TRST) allowing the system clock and other circuits to stabilize. The FM1233A reset output is an open-drain active-low type. The FM1233A can also monitor the switch closure of its outputs, making it aware of an external reset of a keyswitch or microprocessor. In the case of a switch, it will be turned off by the internal circuit of the FM1233A shaker.
