SN74ABT125DBLE - Quad Bus Tri-State Output Buffer
SN74ABT125DBLE - Quad Bus Tri-State Output Buffer "ABT125" Quadruple Bus Buffer Gate Independent Line Driver, Tri-State Output Capability. The output enable (OE) input associated with each output is disabled when high.
These devices are fully specified for hot-plug applications using IOFF and electrical tri-state. The IOFF circuit prohibits the output to prevent the backflow of power-down current when the equipment is damaged.
The output is placed in a high impedance state during power-up and power-down, which prevents driver conflicts.
To ensure a high-impedance state, at power-up or power-down, OE should be connected to VCC through a pull-up resistor; the lowest value of the resistor is what determines the current sink capability of the driver.
Typical VOLP (output ground bounce) < 1 V at VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C
High drive output (32 mA IOH, 64 mA IOL)
IOFF and power state support for hot-plug latching performance over 500 mA per year
JEDEC Standard JESD-17
ESD protection exceeds JESD 22
