EL745-40MHz Non-Inverting Quad CMOS Driver

The EL7457C is an ultra-high-speed, non-inverting quad CMOS driver. It operates at a clock frequency of up to 40MHz and features a peak drive capability of 2A and a nominal resistance of just 3Ω. The EL7457C is ideal for driving high capacitive loads, such as memory vertical clocks in CCD applications. It is also ideal for ATE pin driving, level shifting and clock driving applications. The EL7457C is capable of operating from a single or dual supply using a ground referenced input. Each output can be switched to either a high (VH) or low (VL) supply pin, depending on the associated input pin. The inputs are both 3V compatible and 5V CMOS and TTL logic. The output enable (OE) pin can be used to enable a high impedance state output. This is especially useful. For CCD applications, the driver should be powered down. The EL7457C also has very fast rise and fall times, which are matched to the 1ns range. Propagation delay matching between rising and falling edges is within 2ns. The EL7457C is available in 16-pin QSOP and 16-pin SOIC packages. It specifies a temperature operating range of -40°C to +85°C.
