MAX869-2A, Current-Limited P-Channel High-Side Switch with Thermal Shutdown
The P-channel features of the MAX869L load switch feature an accurate user-set current limit and low on-resistance. This is designed to protect your power switch shorts and inrush current limiting and prevent the system supply from being pulled low. The input voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V. The MAX869L features a 2A, 45M half-switch controlling a logic signal. The current limit is accurate to ±21% and can be set from 400mA to 2.4A with a single resistor. The device features a low quiescent supply current of 12µA, which reduces a maximum of 2µA during shutdown. It has thermal shutdown protection and logic signal output pin (fault) when overcurrent or signal temperature is too high. For other devices in this household, consult the selection guide.
