The TLV915x-Q1 family (TLV9151-Q1, TLV9152-Q1 and TLV9154-Q1) is a family of 16V general purpose automotive operational amplifiers. These devices offer excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail-to-rail output, low offset (±125 μV, typ), low offset drift (±0.3 μV/°C, typ), and 4.5 MHz bandwidth.
Convenient features such as wide differential input voltage range, high output current (±75 mA), high slew rate (21 V/μs), and low noise (10.8 nV/√Hz) make the TLV915x-Q1 a robust, low-power product. AON6414AL noise op amp for automotive applications.
