When I picked up the 6.7-inch Pixel 6 Pro, I thought the BQ27505YZGT-J5 would be very heavy, but the weight was... quite ordinary. As for the super obvious camera ring, whether it looks good or not is a matter of opinion. You may not be used to having such a large camera area at first glance, but because of the surface treatment, the texture of the material and the whole machine are not bad, plus the color matching is comfortable. I don't pay so much attention to the camera, and everyone puts the camera aside, the Pixel 6's lens is relatively well-balanced, but it's really eye-catching. (The ultra-clean back like the Xperia doesn't seem to be said to be ugly)

The camera area is convex or convex, but it will not seesaw when placed flat. It is a pity that there is no shell on site to see what will happen after assembly.

On the far left is the 50-megapixel main lens, the middle is a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and the third Pro is clearly a periscope lens, a 48-megapixel 4x telephoto lens. There is also a laser focusing module in the camera area to assist the focusing speed in low light.

Two new shooting modes were shown at the scene: "Magic Eraser" and "Dynamic Portrait Mode".

The "Magic Eraser" is easy to understand. It automatically grabs and removes sundries, passers-by, and other things that damage the picture in the photo. Of course, it can also be manually removed. The detection and erasing response on the Pixel 6 is quite fast. Yes, filling is actually the most difficult, and this is also done well. According to the instructions, the biggest difference between the Pixel 6's magic eraser and third-party apps is that the operation is simple, and the repair quality is more natural and better.

How about the effect of more photo restoration, I want to play if I have the opportunity to test it later. This is the editing tool in Google Photos, but unfortunately there are no plans to release it to other Pixels, or even other phones.

"Dynamic portrait mode" I think will be very interesting, especially it makes it easy to focus on the blurred background of the mobile phone.

This is a shooting mode in the camera. There are two effects of "long exposure" and "action panning" when shooting, mainly for different scenes, you can choose different modes.

If the subject is moving and the background does not move, such as waterfalls or Ferris wheel, you can choose a long exposure, so that the algorithm will capture the moving subject and do the blurring effect of the trajectory, and you will have a photo after shooting. Yes, with an original image.

If you want to take a focus-focusing photo with a sense of speed in the background, choose "Action Pan". In fact, the English Active Pan is easier to understand...

When you shoot, you follow the movement of people or cars, and when you're done, the background will appear motion blur, but the people are not blurred. However, the actual effect still depends on the light on the scene, or whether you have synchronized the shooting, and the outdoor brightness may be enough.

It can also be found on the screen that this mode is also doing multi-frame shooting.

This mode can shoot from ultra-wide-angle to telephoto. I'm quite eager to try this, because with the help of calculation, the success rate should be higher than the tracking focus. If it can make shooting and tracking easier, it is really a good tool~ Unfortunately, there is no plan to release it to other Pixel phones.

In addition, it was mentioned at the press conference that the Pixel 6/Tensor can use "HDRnet" technology to optimize the video quality. Even when shooting 4K/60fps video with a large amount of data, it can still be optimized.

HDRnet mainly adjusts the dynamic range, tone, exposure, details and other parameters of the film, so that the film has a clear effect like HDR, especially the dynamic range of light and dark, but because it is still a general video format, it is less selective for editing. The software does not have to support HDR screen to view the effect. All footage of the Pixel 6 will use this optimization technology, and by the way, the front camera of the Pro also supports 4K video recording.

In addition to shooting/image recognition, it was also mentioned at the press conference that the Tensor chip has greatly improved the Pixel 6's voice and language recognition capabilities, so voice input and real-time translation are faster and more accurate. Unfortunately, these translation functions do not currently support traditional Chinese, so it is temporarily impossible to experience the evolution of Chinese natural language recognition and those convenient translation functions on the Pixel 6.

In addition, the second generation of the Pixel Stand, which can fast charge the Pixel 6 wirelessly, is still in the test process and has not yet been sold. We will have to wait.

These are basically things that can be played today. I just went to the Google store to see it. Although it was the first day of pre-order, the 256GB ones showed that they were out of stock, but the delivery time of 128GB was still on 10/29, which is quite normal.
