1. 2. Dynamic detection of pole piece defects before power battery forming: The forming process of power battery is unstable, the diaphragm leaking metal diaphragm is often drawn, the diaphragm coating is not correct, and the coating film is linearly offset and other abnormal phenomena occur. If the abnormality cannot be detected in real time and made into a lithium battery, a little carelessness will cause fire, explosion and other accidents!

8. More objective and stable: During manual testing, the testing results are affected by personal standards, emotions, energy and other factors. And the machine is carried out in strict accordance with the specifications, and the test results are more objective, reliable and stable.
