The LM66200 is an AD8403AN10 dual ideal diode device rated from 1.6 V to 5.5 V with a maximum current rating of 2.5 A per channel. The device uses an N-channel MOSFET to switch between supplies while providing a controlled slew rate when voltage is first applied.
Due to its low quiescent current of 1.32 μA (typ) and low standby current of 50 nA (typ), the LM66200 is ideal for systems where a battery is connected to one of its inputs. These low currents extend battery life and operation while in use.
The LM66200 uses auto diode mode to prioritize and pass the highest voltage supply to the output. An active low enable pin ( ON ) disables both channels, allowing the user to put the device in shutdown mode when no power is required.
