Product Details

describe:

The OPA387 , OPA2387 and OPA4387 (OPAx387) series of precision amplifiers offer state-of-the-art performance. The OPAx387 offset voltage and offset drift utilize the AD8684ARUZ zero-drift technology, which provides unmatched long-term stability. With only 570 μA of quiescent current, the OPAx387 is capable of 5.7 MHz bandwidth, 8.5 nV/√Hz wideband noise, and 1/f noise at 177 nV PP. These specifications are critical to achieving very high accuracy and no loss of linearity in 16-bit to 24-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The OPAx387 has flat bias current over temperature; therefore, little calibration is required in high input impedance applications over temperature.

All versions are rated from –40°C to +125°C.
