If necessary, you can ask the administrator to enable call recording for each extension (there will be a prompt before recording), but the recording result is listened to/downloaded in the background management page, not in the App like voicemail.

EVOX App also has its own call records, including dial-in missed calls and dial-out missed calls. If it is an iPhone, the call records of the EVOX App will also be integrated into the call records of the machine, making it more convenient to view.

There is also an "Extension Pickup" function in the App. After it is turned on, you can see the incoming calls of all colleagues' extensions (the colleagues' mobile phones will also display incoming calls normally), and you can choose whether to pick up or ignore them. .
