EVOX App includes functions such as calls, contacts, call logs, messages (notifications).

The call also includes call transfer, call on hold, extension pick-up, three-way call...etc.

If it is a number in the contacts, the name of the caller will be displayed. If it is not registered in the address book, the number will also be displayed. If you have an Android phone and Whoscall is installed, the calling unit identified by Whoscall will also be displayed. However, the number registered in the address book needs to be prefixed with 886 to compare and display the address book name.

Just like a normal phone call, you can keep the call and call now, add a new call to another person, or open all of them to make a three-way call.

If you don't want to answer business calls during vacation, you can turn off the answering settings, your extension will enter the Do Not Disturb state, and all incoming calls will be forwarded to voicemail.

If it is just inconvenient to answer, you can set "Call Forwarding" in the App, and the extension call settings will be transferred to other extensions, switchboards, or any designated number.

The missed call will be transferred to the voicemail, we can listen to it in the EVOX App, and the mobile phone will receive a notification almost immediately, and further, the system will also perform voice recognition immediately, and convert the message content into Text sent to mailbox. If necessary, you can ask the administrator to enable call recording for each extension (there will be a prompt before recording), but the recording result is listened to/downloaded in the background management page, not in the App like voicemail.

EVOX App also has its own call records, including dial-in missed calls and dial-out missed calls. If it is an iPhone, the call records of the EVOX App will also be integrated into the call records of the machine, making it more convenient to view.

There is also an "Extension Pickup" function in the App. After it is turned on, you can see the incoming calls of all colleagues' extensions (the colleagues' mobile phones will also display incoming calls normally), and you can choose whether to pick up or ignore them. .

There is also an address book in EVOX App, which not only displays the extension of all colleagues in the company (click to make a free call), but also integrates the original address book of the mobile phone, and displays it by label. Send text messages to friends from this address book. (but you can send email)

It should be noted that, like all network calls, the call quality on the App depends on the network quality at the time, and it is best to use it in a place with a stable network. However, if the call is made on Wi-Fi at the beginning, but there is movement during the call, and it goes out of the Wi-Fi coverage, it will automatically switch to the LTE network to continue the call without interrupting the redial, which is not bad.

In addition, if you use an Android phone, you need to remove the EVOX App from the "Automatically close background" list, so as not to affect the permanent residence of the App.
