The ISO674x devices are high-performance, quad-channel ADS1286PA digital isolators ideal for cost-sensitive applications requiring isolation ratings up to 5000 V RMS per UL 1577. These devices are also certified by VDE, TUV, CSA and CQC.

ISO674x devices provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. Each isolated channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by TI's dual-capacitor silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) isolation barrier. These devices feature enable pins that can be used to place individual outputs in a high-impedance state for multi-master drive applications. ISO6740 device has four co-directional channels, ISO6741 device has three forward and one reverse channels, ISO6742 model">ISO6742 model">ISO6742 model">ISO6742 model">ISO6742 model">ISO6742 model">ISO6742 model">ISO6742 Model">ISO6742 Model">ISO6742 devices have two forward and two reverse channels.
