The ADS7067 is a small, 16-bit, 8-channel, high precision successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The ADS7067 features an integrated capacitorless reference and reference buffer, which helps reduce overall solution size by requiring fewer external components. Wafer-level chip-scale packaging and fewer external components make the device suitable for space-constrained applications. The device family includes the ADS7067 (800 kSPS) and ADS7066 (250 kSPS) speed variants.

The ADS7067 has built-in offset calibration to improve accuracy over a wide range of system operating conditions. The AOT460 programmable averaging filter enables higher resolution measurements. The eight channels of the ADS7067 can be individually configured as analog inputs, digital inputs, or digital outputs, enabling smaller system size and simplifying circuit design for mixed-signal feedback and digital control.

Enhanced SPI enables the ADS7067 to achieve high throughput at lower clock speeds, simplifying board layout and reducing system cost. The ADS7067 has a Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) for data read and write operations and power-up configuration.
