OP07 has a very low input offset voltage (for OP07E, the maximum is 75μV), which is through the passing. The wafer level is obtained by fine -tuning. OP07 provides stable operation, with load capacitors up to 500 PF and ± 10 V swing; larger capacitors should be decoupled with 50Ω decoupled resistors.
