DC electric brush driver (maximum 36V) of the BD623XX series
Generally explained
These H bridge drives are full bridge drivers used for brush motor applications. Each integrated circuit can work at a wide range of power supply voltage (from 6V to 32V), and the output current can reach 2A. The output -level MOS transistor allows PWM speed control. The integrated VREF voltage control function allows directly replace the interrupt motor IC. These efficient H bridge driver chips help low power design.

Application information
mode (a) standby mode
The backup power supply works independently under the VREF pin voltage. In the standby mode, all internal circuits are closed, including output power transistors. Electric output high impedance. When the system switchs to the standby mode when the motor is running, the system enters the idle state due to the diode of the body. However, when the system is switched from any other mode (except the braking mode) to the spare mode, the control logic remains at a high state of at least 50 microseconds before turning off all circuits.
Mode (B) Ahead of the Mode
This working mode is defined as the forward rotation of the motor when the OUT1 pin is high and the OUT2 pin is low. When the motor is connected between OUT1 and OUT2 pin, the current flows from OUT1 to OUT2. To work in this mode, connect the VREF pin to the VCC pin.
Mode (C) Reverse mode
This working mode is defined as when OUT1 is low and OUT2 pin high -time motor reverse rotation. When the motor is connected between OUT1 and OUT2 pins, the current flows from OUT2 to OUT1. To work in this mode, connect the VREF pin to the VCC pin.
mode (d) braking mode
This operation mode is used to quickly stop the motor (short -circuit braking). It is different from the standby mode because the internal control circuit works in braking mode. Please switch to the standby mode (instead of braking mode) to save power and reduce consumption.
Mode (E), (F) pulse width adjustment control mode a
The speed of the motor can be feeded from PWM to FIN pins or RIN pins PWM Signal's duty cycle control. In this mode, high -side output is fixed, low -side output switching, corresponding to the input signal. The output state is switched between L " and "Hi-Z ".
The frequency of the PWM signal input can be between 20kHz and 100kHz. For PWM frequencies below 20kHz and higher than 100kHz
