Description of TLV733P
The TLV733 family of low-dropout linear regulators (LDOs) feature ultra-small size and low quiescent current, sourcing 300mA, and excellent line and load transient performance. This family of devices offers a typical accuracy of 1%_.
The TLV733 family is designed with a modern capacitorless architecture, which ensures stable operation without the use of input or output capacitors. Removing the output capacitor helps reduce the size of the solution and eliminates inrush current at startup. However, the TLV733 series can also operate stably with ceramic output capacitors. When using an output capacitor, the TLV733 also provides foldback current control during device power-up and enable. This feature is especially important for battery powered devices.
The TLV733 provides an active pull-down circuit that quickly discharges the output load when disabled.
The TLV733 family is available in standard DBV (SOT-23) and DQN (X2SON) packages.
