The AT89C2051-12PU is an 8-bit low-voltage, high-performance CMOS microcomputer with 2kB Flash Programmable Erasable Read-Only Memory (PEROM).
The device is manufactured using Atmel's high-density non-volatile memory technology and is compatible with industry standards through the mcs-51 assembly language instruction set. By using flash in combination with a versatile 8-bit monolithic CPU, the Atmel AT89C2051 is a powerful microcomputer that provides a highly flexible and cost-effective solution to many embedded control applications.
AT89C2051 provides the following standard functions, 2kB of flash, 128 bytes of RAM, 15 I/O lines, two 16-bit timers/counters, a five-vector two-level interrupt architecture, a full-duplex serial port, an accurate Analog comparators, on-chip oscillators and clock circuits.
