EN5312QI is a complete DCDC converter solution, only two low -cost MLCC capacitors. The MOSFET switch, PWM controller, gate driver, compensation and inductance are integrated in tiny 5mm x 4mm x 1.1mm packaging. While maintaining high -efficiency, low ripples and high performance, it provides as small area as possible. The converter uses voltage mode control to provide the simplest implementation and high noise resistance. The operating frequency of this device is very high. The high -push frequency allows the width to control the loop bandwidth to provide excellent transient performance.
