BD9130NV is 2.7V ~ 5.5V, 2.0A1CH synchronous buck converter, integrated FET
General description
BD9130NV is ROHM's high -efficiency antihypertensive switch voltage regulator. Its design voltage is low from 5.5V/3.3V to 1V. Synchronous switches achieve high efficiency, and use current mode control to achieve rapid transient response to load mutations.
Features
*Quick transient response PWM control system in current mode
*High efficiency of all load range, because synchronous switch (NCH/PCH FET) and SLLMTM (Simple light load mode)
*Soft startup function
*heat clearance and UVLO function
*short circuit protection with a delay function
*Close off Function
Application
The power supply for large -scale integrated circuits, including DSP, micro computers and ASIC

Operation
BD9130NV is a fast temporary response to a current PWM control system with a current PWM control system. Synchronous antihypertensive switch regulator. It uses switch operations, whether it is heavier load in PWM (pulse width modulation) mode, or SLLMTM (simple light load mode) operations with a lighter load to improve efficiency.(1), synchronous rectifier
and converter using external diodesCompared with, the integration of two MOSFET synchronization rectification reduces power consumption and improves efficiency. The internal penetrating current limit circuit has further reduced power consumption.
(2), current -type PWM control
The PWM control signal of the integrated circuit depends on the two feedback circuits of voltage feedback and inductor current feedback.
(A), pulse width adjustment control
The frequency of clock signals from OSC is 1MHz. When the OSC is set to lock the RS, the P -channel MOSFET is opened and the N -channel MOSFET is closed. When the current comparator is reset to the RS lock, the opposite is that the P -channel MOSFET is closed and the N -channel MOSFET is opened. The output of the current COMP is the comparison of the two signals. The current feedback control signal Sense " is a voltage proportional to the current IL
