UCC3915 programmable hot insertion power manager
Description
UCC3915 A programmable thermal insertion power manager provides complete power management, hot insert capacity, and circuit breaker functions. The only external component required to operate the device, in addition to the power sources, is a fixed -time capacitor, CT. All control and room management functions are integrated and external programming. Including fault current level, maximum output source current, maximum failure time and start -delay. In the case of continuous failure, the internal fixed 2%duty occupation ratio limits the average output power.
Internal 4-bit DAC allows a programming 0.25 points to program failure-level current-one resolution. This IMAX control foot sets the maximum source of the pole current to the output current higher than the output current of 1 A or all 4 A for fast output capacitance charging. (Continue)

Instructions (continued)
When the output current is lower than the failure level, the output MOSFET is 0.15 points at 0.15 points #8486 ;. When the output current exceeds the failure level, but the output is kept open than the maximum source of electricity, the output is kept open, but the fault timer starts and charges CT. Once the CT is charged to the preset threshold, the switch is turned off, and a programming failure time is kept at 50 times. When the output current reaches the maximum source, the MOSFET transitions from the switch to the constant current source.
UCC3915 can enter the dormant mode, just consumes a power current of 100 Weian. Other functions include leak-opening fault output indicators, heat clearance, under pressure lock, 7-V to 15-V operations, low thermal resistance SoIC and TSSOP power packages.

The stress other than stress listed below the absolute maximum rated value " may cause permanent damage to the device. These are only stress rated values and do not mean that the function operations of the device in these or any other conditions exceed the conditions shown in the "Recommended Operation Conditions ". Long -term exposure to absolute maximum rated conditions may affect the reliability of the device.
