W25X16 (16M bit), W25X32 (32M) and W25X64 (64M) serial flash memory
General description
w25x16 (16m bit), w25x32 (32m bits) and W25x64 (64M) serial flash memory is space, tube and power supply and power supply The limited system provides a storage solution. The 25X series provides flexibility and performance beyond ordinary serial flashing equipment. They are the ideal choices of code download applications and storage of voice, text and data. These devices work on a 2.7V to 3.6V power supply. The current consumption is as low as 5mA activation, and 1 micro A is powered off. All devices are provided by software packages that save space.
W25X16/32/64 has 512/1024/2048, which can be wiped out and 32/64/128. Small 4KB sectors allow greater flexibility in applications that need data and parameter storage.
W25X16/32/64 Support standard serial peripheral interface (SPI) and high -performance dual output SPI with four tube feet: serial clock, chip selection, serial data I/O and serial data Output. When using the dual output instructions quickly, it supports the SPI clock frequency of up to 75MHz, and allows 150MHz to equivalent clock rate. These transmission rates are equivalent to 8 -bit and 16 -bit flashes.
A pinnacle, writing protection pins and programmable writing and protection, with the top or bottom array control function, providing further control flexibility. In addition, the device supports JEDEC standard
Manufacturer and equipment logo.

Packaging type
When publishing this data table, not all types of package have been completed. Before designing in accordance with this specification, please contact Winbond to confirm the availability of these packages. W25X16 and W25X32 use 8 -needle 208mil wide plastic SOIC (packaging code SS). W25x16 in 6x5 mm WSON (packaging code ZP) and 25x32 and 25x64 in 8x6 mm WSON. (Packaging code ZE). 25X16, W25X32 and W25X64 use 16 -pin plastic 300 mil wide SOIC (packaging code SF) and 300 mil Dip (encapsulation code DA). See Figure 1A-D. The packaging chart and size are shown at the end of this data table.chip selection (/cs)
SPI Chip Select (/CS) tube foot enable and disabled device operation. When/cs is high, the device is canceled and the choice, stringRing data output (DO) pin is in high impedance. When the selection is canceled, the equipment power consumption will be in a standby state unless the internal erase is underwriting, the program or status register cycle. When the/CS decreases, the equipment will be selected, the power consumption will be increased to the activity level. You can write instructions to the device and read data from the device. After power -on,/cs must be converted from high to low to accept new instructions. /CS input must track the VCC power level at the time of power (see writing protection " and Figure 20). If needed
