ISL8011 1.2A Integrated FTET, high -efficiency synchronous antihypertensive regulator
ISL8011 is an integrated FET, 1.2A synchronous antihypertensive universal load point application regulator. It is optimized to generate an output voltage as low as 0.8V. The power supply voltage range is 2.7 volt to 5.5 volts, and the use of ordinary 3.3V or 5V power rails and lithium ion batteries is allowed to be used. It guarantees the minimum output current 1.2A.1.5MHz pulse width modulation (PWM) switch allows the frequency of small external components. ISL8011 includes a pair of low -conducting resistance P channels and internal MOSFETs inside the N channel to maximize efficiency and minimize external components. 100 When the duty cycle is 1.2A, the operation allows a voltage drop of less than 200mv. ISL8011 provides a 200 millisecond power -on (POR) timer at power. When shutting down, the ISL8011 will output a capacitor. Other functions include internal digital soft startup, power sequence, over -current protection and heat shutdown. The ISL8011 uses 10 LD 3mmx3mm DFN packaging to the maximum height of 1 mm. The complete converter covers an area of less than 1 square centimeter.
