ICM7228 8 bits, compatible with microprocessors, LED display decoder drivers
INTERSIL ICM7228 Show the driver interface microprocessor to 8 digits, 7 sections, and digital LED display. The chip includes two types of 7 -segment decoders, multi -road scanning circuits, LED display segment drivers, LED display digital drives and 8 -byte static memory as the display RAM. Data can be written into the sequence of ICM7228A and ICM7228B in the order of 8 -digit or RAM formats in the unit update. Data parallel writing is written into the ICM7228C display RAM random access format. ICM7228A and ICM7228C driver public anode display. ICM7228B driver public cathode display. All versions of RAM data can be displayed as hexadecimal or code B format. ICM7228A and ICM7228B contain an unclear mode that allows a single display segment of each number RAM word driver to cause independent control over all display segments.
