ISL55110, ISL55111 dual high -speed MOSFET driver
ISL55110 and ISL55111 are dual -high MOSFETs used to generate and buffer for drivers that require precise pulses. Target applications include ultrasonic, CCD imaging, voltage distance sensing and clock generation circuits. With a wide output voltage range and low -conducting resistance, these devices can drive various resistance and capacitor loads to have a rapid rise and decrease time, allowing low -tilting applications that require high -speed CCD array imaging requirements.
ISL55110, ISL55111 and 3.3V and 5V compatible logic series and closely controlled input to minimize the input rising threshold pulse width on the output. ISL55110 has one pair of the same phase driver ISL55111 and two drives work in reverse. ISL55110 and ISL55111 have the power consumption during the standby of low -power mode equipment, making it an ideal choice for portable products.
