ISL8014 4A low static current 1MHz high -efficiency synchronous antihypertensive regulator
ISL8014 is a high -efficiency, single -chip, synchronous antihypertensive DC/DC converter, which can output the continuous output current from 2.7V to 5.5V input power. It uses a current control architecture to provide a very low load high -frequency fast transient circular runtime response and excellent circular stability. ISL8014 integrates a pair of low -conductors to maximize P channels and MOSFET efficiency and minimize the number of external components in the N channel. This 100%duty occupy ratio allows the voltage at a voltage of less than 400 MV output current. 1MHz pulse width modulation (PWM) switch frequency allows the use of small external components and synchronous input to support multiple synchronous existence to reduce ripples and eliminate frequency.
ISL8014 can be configured to be non -continuous or forced light load continuously. Mandatory continuous reducing noise and radio frequency interference, and at the same time discontinued mode loss by reducing switching when light load is reduced. Fault protection provides limited output overput over -voltage comparators and over -temperature monitoring circuits at short -circuit and over -current conditions. The power output voltage monitoring instrument indicates when the output is in the adjustment state. ISL8014 uses space -saving 4X4 QFN lead -free use exposed padding frame packaging to reduce calories. ISL8014 is turning on the power. When shutting down, ISL8014 releases the output capacitor. Other functions include internal soft launch, internal compensation, over -current protection and thermal protection. ISL8014 uses 4mmx4mm 16 LD QFN to package the maximum height of 1 mm. The full converter area is less than 0.4in2.
