The AD8350 is designed to meet the high performance requirements of communications transceiver applications. Features excellent linearity and enhanced common-mode rejection for high dynamic range differential signal chains. The device can be used as a general-purpose gain block, analog-to-digital driver, high-speed data interface driver, and other functional elements. The AD8350 input can also be used as a single-ended-to-differential circuit.

The amplifier operates down to 5 V and has +28 dBm OIP3 at 250 MHz with slightly reduced distortion performance. Wide bandwidth, high dynamic range and temperature stability make this product ideal for a wide range of RF and IF requirements required by cellular, CATV, broadband, instrumentation and other applications.

The AD8350 is available in 8-lead single-channel SOIC and μSOIC packages. It operates from a 5 V to 10 V supply and typically consumes 28 mA. The AD8350 provides a power-enable function for power-sensitive applications. The AD8350 is fabricated on Analog Devices' proprietary high-speed complementary bipolar process. The device offers an industrial (–40°C to +85°C) temperature range.
