JFET input computing amplifier in the TL07X series

Description/Order Information

TL07X

The JFET input computing amplifier is similar to the TL08X series, with low input bias offset current and fast rotation rate. Low harmonic distortion and low noise make the TL07X series ideal applicable to high -fidelity authenticity and audio prelude large -scale application. Each amplifier has a JFET input (for high input impedance) and the bipolar output stage coupling integrated on a single chip.

C-suffix device is characterized by working at temperatures from 0 ° C to 70 ° C. I-suffixes are characterized by the temperature range of -40 ° C to 85 ° C. The characteristic of the M suffix device is that the temperature range of the operation of the entire army can be -55 ° C to 125 ° C.
