AW3610DNR
AW3610DNR is a high-efficiency synchronous boost DC with adjustable current limit and 5V output. AW3610 is a constant 5V output, high current, high efficiency synchronous boost DC-DC converter chip. The output current can reach 0.95A@Vin=3.8V, which is suitable for single-cell lithium battery-powered systems, such as mobile phone power banks and USB-OTG applications.
The AW3610 adopts PWM current mode control, and uses a high switching frequency of 1.5MHz when working in continuous mode (CCM) to reduce the size of external components and save PCB space. When working at light load, it automatically enters Burst mode to achieve high efficiency in the full load range. The quiescent current at no-load is only 30A, which greatly prolongs the standby time.
For the mobile phone power bank application, AW3610 integrates the function of one-line pulse adjustment input current limiting to limit the output current. At the same time, there is a built-in substrate switching circuit, which realizes "true" isolation of input and output when shutting down, effectively preventing input leakage and output back-feeding.
AW3610 also adopts K-limitTM intelligent temperature-current balance technology, the input current limit value automatically decreases with the increase of chip temperature, effectively preventing the chip from overheating.
AW3610 has built-in multiple protections, such as output overvoltage protection, output short circuit protection, input low voltage protection and over temperature shutdown protection.
