Single-ended-to-differential or differential-to-differential amplifiers for ADCs
Original factory first-level agent spot, guaranteed original authentic, reasonable price, all in - Yujixin Electronics AD8476 is a fully differential precision amplifier with extremely low power consumption, integrated gain resistor for unity gain. It is ideal for use as a single-ended-to-differential or differential-to-differential amplifier driving low-power, high-performance ADCs. An internal common-mode feedback loop allows the user to adjust the output common-mode voltage to match the AD8476 output to the ADC input. The internal feedback loop also provides excellent output balance and rejection of even-order harmonic distortion products.
Rail-to-rail outputs provide maximum dynamic range and can be interfaced with many different signal levels. The AD8476 also provides overvoltage protection, allowing the device to tolerate industrial input voltages up to ±18 V while operating from a single 5 V supply.
The AD8476 is suitable for operation with SAR, sigma-delta, and pipeline converters. The high-current output stage makes it possible to drive the switched-capacitor front-end circuits of many ADCs with minimal error.
Unlike many differential amplifiers on the market, the AD8476 is a precision amplifier. With a maximum output offset voltage of 200 μV, output noise of 37 nV/√Hz, and total harmonic distortion of -120 dB (10 kHz), it works well with low-power, high-precision converters.
Considering its low power consumption and high accuracy, the slew-enhanced AD8476 has excellent speed, capable of settling to 16-bit accuracy for 250 kSPS acquisition.
The AD8476 is available in a space-saving 8-lead MSOP package and is specified over a temperature range of ~40°C to +125°C.
