ISL6522 The DC-DC converter optimized for the application of high-performance microprocessors. It is designed to drive the MOSFET in the synchronous rectification buck topology of N -channel. This ISL6522 integrates all control and output adjustments, monitoring and protection functions integrated in a software package. The output voltage of the converter can be accurately adjusted to a minimum of 0.8V, and the maximum tolerance is the temperature and wire voltage change ± 1%. ISL6522 provides simple, solid feedback circuit, voltage mode control and fast transient response. It includes 200kHz freely running triangle wave oscillator from less than 50 kg to more than 1 MM. The error amplifier has a 15MHz gain bandwidth product and the 6V/microsecond conversion rate, making the high converter bandwidth quickly transmitted. The generated PWM duty ratio is 0-100%. ISL6522 operates through inhibitory pulse width. The ISL6522 monitoring current is through RDS (on) that uses the upper MOSFET to eliminate a current fluoridal resistor.
