ISL6540A single-phase buck-pwm controller integrated high-speed MOSFET driver and pre-partial load capacity
ISL6540A is an improved version of ISL6540 single -phase voltage PWM controller with an input voltage. The best transient response to the feedback compensation for constant circuit gain, especially in the wide input voltage range. Integrated high -speed synchronous rectifier MOSFET drivers and other complex functions provide a complete control and protection converter with the smallest external component for DC/DC, leading to the lowest cost and less engineering design.
