TL081B, TL082B, TL084B, TL082Y, TL084Y JFET-input op amps
The TL08_JFET input op amp family is designed to provide a wider selection than any previously developed op amp family. Each JFET-input op amp integrates well-matched high-voltage JFETs and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. The device features high slew rate, low input bias and bias current, and low bias voltage temperature coefficient. Offset adjustment and external compensation options are available in the TL08 series.
Equipment types with a C suffix are characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C, equipment types with an I suffix are characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C, and equipment types with an M suffix is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125 °C.

These chips, when properly assembled, show similar characteristics to the TL082. Doped aluminum pads can be thermally compressed or ultrasonically soldered. Chips can be mounted with conductive epoxy or gold-silicon preforms.
